en Adults Hematology & Oncology Adults Hematology & Oncology مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;">Gliomas are malignant brain tumors with complicated molecular changes contributing to their aggressiveness and limited treatment choices. RNA-binding proteins are important in post-transcriptional regulation, altering gene expression and impacting glioma formation. In this review article, we will deliberate different molecular pathways of gliomas in which RNA-binding proteins are involved. Studies reveal that a few years ago, RNA-binding proteins had a causative effect on various cancer types such as leukemia, glioblastoma, intestinal, renal, etc. RNA-binding proteins have surfaced as key players in regulating post-transcriptional processes.
