The procedure for reviewers is as follows:
A) Registering the reviewers as user
Reviewers should first register on the website and fill out the form
B) Providing access to reviewers and specifying their specialties
When the reviewers register, the website administrator provides access to the reviewers and determines their specialties.
C) Assigning manuscripts and sending review invitations
After assigning the reviewer, the administrator emails a review invitations
D) Reviewers should:
